Hello, Japanese Minecraft and IC2 players.I had trouble at latest ex110, from version 2.6.83, I could not run IC2 localized on Japanese language.(Solved this problem from 2.6.87 update. Thanks for fix)
I tried to find the cause of trouble, it causes lack of Japanese language file.
So I create a language file for Japanese.
I am afraid this translation is not complete and some not suitable, please point them out to me.
I will fix them.
