Question. Miner not ejecting pipes, help?

I fill the top slot in the miner with dirt or cobblestone and wait 10 minutes and nothing happens. No pipes get ejected.

I'm going to assume you still have sufficient power going to the miner? It still takes power to extract the pipes.
Minecraft will never be the same.
