[16x][IC2, GT5u] New GT-parts(LuV, ZPM, UV), coils and large turbines for Zederrian resourcepack

I've been making textures to compliment Zederrian resourcepack. There are better looks of LuV, ZPM, UV components, high tier of coils and all large-turbines, gui fix.

Its not yet finish, but i want to see feedback to my work

Hey, that looks great! I'd love to see you continue the work. It looks great combined with EvGamer's stuf. He already did a large chunk of the textures for the circuits.
