I'm trying to solve this for a few days now.
Some of the recipies just dont work for me, like this terraformer blueprint for example:
Other recipies I found not working are battery pack and bat-pack
Am I doing something wrong? 
Using Minecraft 1.8.1 SSP with IC2 1.15
I had the same problem with IC2 1.0 on Minecraft 1.7.3.

Btw where can I get the updated recipies from?
I cannot seem to craft the MFE unit with the blueprint in the wiki.
Is that different within the game as well?
also, same goes for the HV transformer
