My server TPS is very low, IC2 has a block that keeps the chunk loaded?
When my server plugin uninstalls useless chunks, the chunk of my polotworld world will load again. I suspect that it is a mod machine problem, is it because of IC2?

If I recall correctly, IC2 has an EU-powered chunk loader that can keep up to 25 chunks loaded (including the chunk the the chunk loader is in)
