[1.12.2] [IMPORTANT] IndustrialCraft 2 - Static block IDs needed immediately

Hello

I can't find config file that has static block IDs (Minecraft uses dynamic IDs, that means blocks from mods starts from 4096:0), so I'm asking here. Looking for it for about two days. I'm trying to add ores from mods in WorldPainter (it supports IDs from 0 to 4095, map has lots of non-1.7.10 blocks so I can't just add it in 1.7.10 and then load it on 1.12.2.
