Bug: Cant use both jetpacks. A mod conflict with CCTV Block 2.2 (No ID conflict, Just refuses to let them work)

I made a electric jetpack and charged it in a MFE
I put it on and held down space bar..
And..
Jumped..
And jumped.

It just refuses to fly for me.

There is no error logs and everything else works fine.

Ok. Apparently its some mod conflict. Idk yet

It conflicts with IC2 jetpacks flying.
Idk why.

Dont suppose you could find some kind of fix?

How high up are you? The jetpack loses power at high altitudes. If you are at, say, bedrock layer, and it is still not working, then it is certainly a bug.

Im at layer 64 and the fuel jetpack doesnt work for me either :*(

Is the sprite of the jetpacks supposed to have fuel bars?
I got solid gray when full and viewing it on my back with F5

I had to get rid of the CCTV mod b/c it was interfering with the portal gun. Seems to me the CCTV mod needs to be fixed imo.
