Simple question really: Can endermen pick up any IC2 blocks? I am planning on building a solar array and wanted to know what security measures I will have to take.

I'm not sure myself, but from what I know, enderman only pick up blocks that they are allowed to.

Unless Abllaka added in code that said enderman can pick up solar panels, or other IC2 blocks, they should not pick them up.
Now in the pre-release of 1.8, enderman were allowed to pick up any block, even bedrock.
Sounds good then. If he codded it right its a whitelist not a blacklist. Meaning you are safe. On our server we just disable enderman pickup but that's with bukkit.
