Ok so my base has the solar panels described in this topic: http://forum.industrial-craft.…ad&postID=15482#post15482 but as I said, I'm powering my base with Nuclear Reactors and I found the perfect setup for them. I now have 4 of these in the same room, buried in ConstructionFoam and ReinforcedStone with a 4x insulated HV Cable leading to 2 glass fiber cables leading to my MV- 
s leading to my machines. (You're missing a MVTransformer smiley). This is my setup: (Please tell me what you think)

I'd sugest using this design, as it performs just as well but with half the amount of IHDs and no plating.

Way cheaper, better eff and only slightly less eu/tick but since this is so cheap you can make more of them for the same resources.

I interperated "buried in CF and reinf. stone" to mean there's no air/water cooling. Thus I made a Mark I-I design. -
Hmm why would you bury a mk1 generator? It wont explode ever unless you change it into a mk5 or something.
