this addon doesn't change the vest at all, it just adds new pieces with same stats as the vanilly ic2 vest

i found a bug in this the helmet looks like the boots and the boots look like the leggings and the leggings look like the helmet

Totally messed up the values for composite armor while porting to 1.3, if the OP wants to fix them for me, go ahead.
