Using the electric wrench on wire results in a giant square of insulation with a bit of copper in the middle. Placing this non IC2 tile results in normal IC2 insulated copper wire.

Will be fixed in the next update. I tried not talking about here since my players like checking these forums. Well it's logged so I guess I can throw out ban hammers
