download works fine, check your ISP settings, maybe it ban something like archives.
I have download problems, too.
I want to download IC² v. 1.23, download starts with 10kbit/s, but it never finish.
The biggest part i get was only 1 mb of the 2.3 mb.
Download location Germany. (2000 DSL)
