Suggestion: IC² Cables being able to be hidden with RP's Covers,etc.

    As the title says it would be nice for servers to cables be hidden with RedPower Covers,etc.
    Reasons?
    Avoid Huge Cable intersections making solar arrays.
    Allow IC cable being used on walls (you could make your machines near wall [with cable inside it] {need RP}
    Easy hiding of IC wiring,and stuff
    Easy way to avoid tin cables connecting other types of cable


    Or make tin cables paintable, since they cant be insulated and makes lots of intersections on solar arrays, which cause CPU problems on servers.

    Programatically impossible to make cables work with redpower covers without actually making redpower a prerequisit for industrialcraft.
    I suggested it before, and likeley several other people before me.


    Also, With tin cables, just make a long line of them and cover it with solar panels.
