Has anyone else noticed that for some reason, u cannot refill the CF Sprayer.
I've tried both recipes on the IC2 wiki and well as crafting the 1/8th refill in both the Inventory GUI and the Crafting GUI.
Is there a reason why this is happen?

Found the bug: it would seem that TMI (Too Many Items) plays with the refill system for some reason (and yes, i kind of cheat lol) 
I've been refilling my sprayer using the latest update with no problems... not sure what could have gone wrong for you. 
Are you using a TMI'd or Creative Mode'd sprayer (Poofed into the world)... If you are, then that's why. Your sprayer MUST have a damage meter in order to work in the refill recipes.
