Storage Blocks

Blocks made of 9 of tin, copper, bronze or uranium ingots used for storage and decoration. I realize this request has been denied many times due to sprite limits, but with Minecraft Forge there are no sprite limits.

Storage Blocks have already been taken into consideration for IC2.
