this uses RP2

you pump 5 ice a second into it
you have 1 snow man over 2 block breakers then the snow goes to 4 sig compressors
the ice from the compressors gos into a buffer chest and then into the reactor at 5 per 0.80 seconds

the fail safe switch is the item detector hooked to a timer and a toggle switch
it does the same job as if no ice goes into the reactor in 20 seconds then it will switch off

bad things:
you have to reset after you reload chunks
uses alot of uranium.
also you may get a back log of ice/snow but you can fix it by messing with timers

that might be hard with the space i have to put all the water in.
as its on the industrial rage server so we have to have the whole thing in one chunk.. but iam going to add more reactors to the same ice system so il do it for them
