Question: CTRL activation for Quantum speed run

Hi there.
I'm curious what about that activation "feature" with double W tapping instead of CTRL activation. I read posts on it dated oct-nov '11, there was an option config possibility mentioned.
As I see IC2 is now 1.43, the activation is still double W and I dont see any config lines in IC2.cfg (point me pls if I'm wrong) for this action, I've found the only thing corresponded to that matter in options.txt: key_Suit Activate:29. The code 29 = LCTRL. But still the speed run is on W. So was there any solution for this issue? Thanks.
