[1.61 SSP] Glowstone augmented coal fuel won't burn.

If a fuel can is filled with coalfuel cell and glowstone dust (eg. 5 x cell, 1 x dust) then it won't burn in a Generator. Probably due to the damage value being higher than 16,384.
