[BUG : 1.64] Lossless wrench and lappack doesnt update lappack properly

    While using my Lossless wrench in SMP I was pleasantly surprised at my lappack remaining full. Then it said suddenly I was out of energy.


    I was surprised! My lappack was full! Then I tried using my drill and suddenly it was empty!


    The lappack didn't update itself properly :\

    I think it's an issue with how the server-side IC2 syncs with the client-side. The energy is being depleted on the server, but the server won't return the packets telling the client to decrease the energy bar.
