Suggest IC2 add the language package

    IC2 client has language package,


    I try to alter the IC2.lang in Traditional Chinese by UTF-8 or big5.


    But it's additive device to show.


    IC2 server don't have language package.


    Suggest IC2 add the Multi-country language package.


    Sorry, my English is so clumsy. Asks respectfully the excuse me.

    IC2 just needs some kind of lang-file like RP has. This langfile could be changed into much different lang-files. I don't know if alblaka thought about it. Some names like Lapotron etc. won't be renamed anyway.
