When updating to 1.64 Industrial craft I got an error saying that block number so and so was already being used, it took awhile but i finally realized it was the new crop block conflicting with one of my customized block IDs. However it took me awhile to realize this because IC never added the crop block ID to the config before throwing the conflict.
