Ic2 1.70 SMP Can't make Batbox, Mfe, Mfsu and some other items in ic2 1.70

I am using 1.70 and i had 1.64 on server and both of them can't get mfe, batbox or mfsu and some other items i don't remember on SMP but on the bukkit one i can can someone help me get the items on vanilla server

I did everything i put the new modloadermp 2.1 and forge and just put the ic2 1.70 in the mods folder and run it everything works fine other than batbox, mfe and mfsu and i reinstalled it many times but still

i meant that bukkit has it working when they ported it and when i download the vanilla one it doesnt work and i want a vanilla server not a bukkit one
