Support Request: Need permishion

Hi i have been speaking to the guys at Planet minecraft about uploading my IC2 texture pack (link in the sig). Thing Is they say I need permission of the IC2 mod creators to do this. Can a developer please get back to me with yer views. ofc I understand if you say no.

They are already on this forum I am wanting to post them on another site also. But that site said not until get the addon makers permission.
