Suggestion: Reinforced Wind gens

    Albaka is going to make it so that wind gens have a chance of blowing up if they are outputting more than 5EU tick. I propose that We can reinforce wind gens so they don't blow up using this recipe. :) :Intergrated Plating: :) This is quite expensive, so I believe it would be quite balanced.
