Nano Saber and Chainsaw Enhancement Are Regarded As Axe

I kept getting stuffs like Efficiency and Unbreaking instead of Sharpness etc.

I think those tools are better categorized as weapon? I don't know if this is bug or intended feature but I guess it's worth reporting.

Stop using old versions of IC2.

Nobody Cares about enchantments.

Enchantments were removed from electrical items (Bronze tools still have those)

Also if you report a bug, at least make sure you are using one of the lastest version of IC2.
