[IC2 v1.8.1] Bug on refreshing blocks

    Hey, this mod is awesome but with the new version there are some bugs you should work on.
    I found a bug on the block refresh. If i place a mfsu for example (it could also be a cable or anything else, this bug is on all blocks) and i hit it down and place a other block on this place, the other block wouldnt work. so i tested with cables by building them arround the old block which was hitten down and the cables suddendly connected with the air xD

    This is in SSP Creative, its a new installation:


    - Modloader Risugami 1.2.3
    - Modloader MP 1.2.3 v3
    - Minecraft Forge 1.4.0.55
    - Industrialcraft 2 v1.81

    Update: Noticed another bug which is also related to this i think. if i place for example a copper cable, hit that down and place on the same place a fibre glas (or every other) cable, its displayed the texture of the cable i placed at first on that place.
