BUG: Diamond Drill Crafting Issues

    I'm having an issue crafting the diamond drill. I had a normal mining drill but the only thing I used it for was for my automated miner. It was fully charged. After I found some diamonds I tried placing them and the drill in the pattern listed in the recipes file but the diamond drill didn't craft.




    Synopsis: Fully charged mining drill used solely before in an automated miner cannot be used to craft a diamond drill.

    It is the same problem with every other item that carries a charge. You either need to completely deplete it or completely charge it. This sounds exactly like the problem I had when I tried crafting with Lapotrons, they were just a little bit charged.
    To be able to craft the drill either use the mining drill until it doesn't work anymore or charge it until it is full. Both ways should work.
