Hooked up directly to an MFSU with glass cable. When it was fist connected, it worked up to 3% before quitting. Picked up and replaced, now nothing. Using version of IC2 that is in the tekkit multiplayer. There is definately enough power as the MSFU is almost full. Anything that can be done about this

It's important to know which IC2 version you're using. So check that.
But offhand, make sure there's NO redstone current stopping your MFSU from discharging its energy.

Honestly, if they can prove that it is IC2 alone, and not another mod conflict, we should give support. @ Op, make sure the massfab is not redstoned as well, and check your cables again.
