[how to..] Change fuel - burning time / increase output

I wonder,If i is possible to make generators,geo,watermill and nuke to burn fuel 2x per 2x output? I only found output multiplier for machines,but not fuel-burning time. Who knows how to change that?

Not possible without altering the sourcecode, aka modding IC. Fuel-burn length is not configureable per se.
