The resin/rubber thingy has been fixed for a while now, the recipes were changed in translation from the old to the new item system - I blame Player.
i personally think slimeballs dont really have a use, and having a recipe would be kinda pointless, so if yr the crazy redstone guy who would do anything to get a slimeball, GO KILL A SLIME
