I found a dungeon spawned right above another dungeon today, are there any ic2 machines that might help me utilize them?

You could set up an item grinder using Tesla Coils I guess. Unless you have other mods(RP2 mainly, transposers for collecting and redwire for auto-disable/enable), you'll have to enable/disable and collect items manually though

Use classic mobtower/grinder designs, insert tesla coils, or a HV/EV loop in place of lava blades. You wont get XP though, ya?
