[1.3.2] Open Beta v1.107

i was just about to edit: removed 1.107, still happening with 1.106/. but now i know, will be uninstalling ruins

I'm not sure if this is a bug or not but when I loaded a saved game that I was playing using IC2(before the new Minecraft update) and when I tried to use the beta none of the items that a previously had/made show up.

Edit again: Disregard this in it's entirety. See, if you spawn in depleted isotope cells from NEI they don't have the metadata attached to the end, which is of course going to make them recharge instantly. Legit depleted isotope cells crafted from a NDU-cell spiked with coal dust behaves as intended.
