Realisticraft server (help and mod suggestions would be appreciated)

I am going to make a server and I need instructions.

This server is called realisticraft for a reason.

The reason behind that is that this is a server that will only have REALISTIC mods (mods that ARE realistic or mods that make minecraft MORE realistic)

Yes, Quantum armor is pretty realistic. it's possible

So these are the mods I am going to have:

Mods I am NOT going to get:
[Spoiler]ANY mod that isn't really realistic (generally mods that add magic to the game).
Equivalent exchange (this mod IS realistic but It could be abused)
Forestry (unnecessary mod)
NEI (free crafting guide not wanted)

I know which version of forge to get, I just don't know what the version number is.

btw, do you know how to get recipes from the advanced machies mod from atomicstriker or whoever he is show up?
