everytime i mine Uranium i get a greenish stone like thing called uranium ore but i can't compress it into refined uranium. I need the refined uranium for my nuclear reactor. Anyone know how I can make refined uranium using uranium ore?

It's a known bug with the current version. I think someone has made a correction for it, or you also could simply wait for the next release. (But yes, it can take a while ^^)
