I just built a Mark I EA reactor using a plan in the Planner v3, and it blew up in just a few minutes. Has Nuclear engineering been reworked again in a more recent version, or what?

Oh I made a mistake alright; when I opened the door to the reactor building I took 5 hearts of damage and reflexively stepped backwards out the door; I should have immediately yanked the uranium
Maybe it was a chunk problem.
