RedPower2 TBM problem

So, i built this TBM (well, at least i tried) but i encountered a problem: the block-breaker head is moving, but anything on the platform won't.

I want to move first the battery-box and the secondary motor(the one from above), then the one below.

Just ignore every other thing there, it was me derping around xD.

Well, you see, when you use covers on frames, you're telling them not to attach to anything. You might try panels, or just leaving the frame sides exposed -- in both cases, the frames will attach and pull things along when they move.

you need to have panels under the coated redstonewires. not covers.
