IC2 1.115.293 Crash When Adding Recipes

Whenever I start up Minecraft using this version of IC2 along with Advanced Machines, Advanced Solar Panels, Greg Tech, Nuclear Control, GraviSuite, Modular Powersuits, and MSPA. (Those are the IC2 Addons ONLY) I get this crash:

Normally I'm able to resolve my crashes but this one I can't figure out.

Could it have something to do with

ID conflict, wander around configs and fix duplicate IDS.

I found that it had to do with Atum, whenever I tried to change the ID that was conflicting, it would just change and conflict again. I don't know why it's doing that, but I just deleted it. I still got a similar crash though.
