I've been seeing several posts including add-on mods that supports for Minecraft 1.5.2
Though I can't find where am I suppose to download it,I'm not new to IC2 but where is the download link?

Is there a list of bugs in current version of IC2 ? I want to play on it and on several mods but i don`t wan to scream " OMG ITS SOO BUGGED" few times per hour....

Yes, http://bt.industrial-craft.net/my_view_page.php , but there shouldn't any noticeable ones except the scrapbox one.
If you can't live with a developmental version, go back to 1.4.7.
