Here it is. I was using this files for a year, and now I update them to the latest official language file style. Hope that the IC2 team include them.
Any suggestions are welcome!.
PD: Is there a way to specify several language in 1 file like other mods? because es_ES, es_MX, es_AR, es_VE, etc are all the same files..
