Well, yes, but depends on what he means by "maximum eu output".
what i meen is that i would like one that i can get the most eu out of a reactor that matches my specs and also do you know of any good breeders thx for being responsive aswell

So i need some help im not new to IC but i never rly got into the new type of nuclear reactors i know how to use them before you had cells and chambers but now i am pretty much an idiot when it comes to nuclear fusion lol. What i would like is i would like a reactor that i could leave unattended until it runs out of uranium but still produce as much eu as it possibly can without blowing up. So to summarize it up i am willing to spend any amount of resources to create it but i want to get maximum eu output but dont want to have to EVER cleanup a nuclear reactor accident or having to make a new nuclear reactor. And i would also like a breeder of the same caliber. So if you know of any PLEASE post it in the comments

thx also i meen by best as in one that i can just setup and leave it alone for a very long time without having to mess with it i dont care about material wise though it could be made out of pure diamond blocks for all i care lol i just want the longest lasting but still good energy rate
