You only need 2. If you put the CF Spray/backpack into the one making the CF fluid it will auto insert it into the sprayer. Although, I think the machines are getting seperated so you will eventually need 2 Fluid Transposers and a Fluid Enricher.

I read they are kinda harmless, not lethal, and just causing sickness symptoms for 1-2 days and the evacuation of a public school was a matter of precaution, not actual danger.
