I do think the Hazmat suit shouldn't take Radiation damage when you don't have the full suit, You should still get radiation but the suit shouldn't absorb that damage, kinda makes no sense.

Ogres can be such a bitch, but so can random Power overloads and your base being nuked because your matter fab had 1eu/p too much.

Mo creatures is pretty much just ambience. Good mod, a little derpy, but fun. Would choose GT over Zharks anyday though.

Are you using the Wire cutter or the Metal former? The original recipe of 3 copper is gone.

MOX Fuel is basically Recycled Plutonium fuel which contains all those Elements, which makes it about as good but doesn't last as long in a reactor.

Also, i couldnt get the thermal centrifuge to work (the progress bar increases but does nothing when it finishes).
There are two progress bars, the Heating up one then the cooking one, sure the green light was on and everything?

Wrong greg, You get stone dust from Washing ores, not in the thermal centrafuge.

Is the Original Starting Power level configurable? I wan't to make it so that, for example, the Macerater starts at 2000 and you need to overclock it to get it faster then the original macerater,

1. Ic2 has had coins for ages
2. Coins are for Tradomats, and thus for shops. Some servers do have player made shops which make tradomats and coins a good currency (LPingwithadrwicks server always does a currency thing but uses iron).
Villagers are way to simple to understand Technology and thus coins and cables don't make much sense. -
for some reason in the Experimental build, Nano sabers do 1 and a half damage... -_-

Tools and armour are not meant to be enchanted, it was a bug that was then fixed in a later versions... buuuut....
The Enchants work almost as normal. Unbreaking on tools doesn't really do anything, but efficiency does. Because you can still "mine" with the drill after its run out of energy, an Efficiency 5 Drill means it doesn't need energy anyway.
Protection and stuff just add more protection, it still uses up the same amount of energy.
Don't use Thorns at all, because there is a chance that your armour will just break. -

Most fun i have had in ages, unfortuantly thanks to memory leaks (Galacticraft? ;p ) its unplayable. Updated most things to 1.6 now and am restarting on something similair.
