Ha ha ha, that's so embarrassing! I had just assumed and really need to check these things!! Weird that the ftb wiki linked me to this thread...
I Hope you have learnt your lesson.

I prefer to spend a lot of copper: I ALWAYS find copper
And you will need huge amounts for any Reactor that outputs a large amount of power.
Since 64 copper = 8 Dense plates, and most Vents need like 2, you need a ton of copper for any large amount.
For Example, this Reactor from the Official Reactor Thread:
http://www.talonfiremage.pwp.b…00drdsvntps8fdm4xmr3ydlhc
It produces 420EU/t for 84,000,000 and it Requires Over 16 Stacks of copper to set up, and it isnt Even Efficient!
And if you use steam, and you want to run this through a Steam Turbine you will need a Constant Ton of Steel
hey i want to make if this mod is open source (free for everyone to use in modpacks etc.) because i want to use it in a modpack that iam creating
please reply someone it would help me extreme
Private modpacks (Ie, only to a server or something, and not for public download) is fine. Open source does not mean Modpack permission.
Finnally, i can dress as a Full on Iron man.
Now all we need is a Laser Flamethrower on the Glove and different Visors.
Yes, but in my opinion it was better when the recipe was hard.
You realise that, ignoring the Extra Advanced Alloys, it was actually Cheaper copperwise, right?
Yes, I know. I'm talking about the recipe, not how it works
Sure the recipe is kinda cheap.
Why?
IT DOES NOTHING ON ITS OWN
Large scale means more than one reactor. And don't forget all the compinents and cells required.
When i said large Scale i meant Large amounts of EU :3
Display MoreBut the new recipe doesn't include:
Reactor chamber:
4 dense copper plate
1 machine block
Nuclear reactor:
1 advanced circuit
3 reactor chambers
1generator
?
I don't have railcraft, so I haven't steam. I want to produce directly EU.
Clearly you dont know how the IC2 Reactors work.
You make the Reactor, then place it down. This gives you 3 Lines of Space inside it. You can then add 6 More chambers to increase the max Space inside to 9 Lines. You then Make a Design using Fuel Cells and Cooling systems, which normally need Heat vents and Heat Exchangers. For Powerfull Reactors you need A ton of Copper.
And yes the Recipe for the actual Chambers is what you said.
Not so much copper: if I'm not wrong, you need 294 copper ingots. And I don't know what it meant at the bottom. Can you explain?
It Depends what reactor you use, the best you can get costs about 40 Stacks.
And if you have Railcraft installed, you can enable Reactors to output Steam instead of EU in the config, so you need Steam engines or Steam turbines to turn it into energy.
Super Easy? For a large scale reactor you need like a Bajillion Copper (Well, like 30 Stacks but still )
Although the Small scale reactors can be a little OP. Turn Steam production on and everything is ok <3
Hey, quick question here. What's the blue-colored MSFU? It's a bit hard to look around the GregTech wiki.
The First one is the AESU (Adjustable Energy Storage unit) And it stores 100 Million. You can adjust from the GUI the output.
The Second is the IDSU (Interdimensional Storage Unit) Which is like a Vanilla Enderchest for energy.
Mmm!!! Delicious Gold!
MFSU in serial transfer rate?
But its not just "you personally", nobody here uses Buildcrash!
I do, but only for Forestry, Thermal Expansion and BC Tools
What would be nice is if the Suit used the energy stored inside it already instead of eating the energy from my tools first... -_-
I'm his (apparently too retarded to correctly quote) spriter and actually working on the animation atm ;D
Thank The mighty Dragon lord, i opened the texture Folder in this, SO MANY INDIVIDUAL TEXTURES ARRR xD
