Yeah, the nuke nerf hurt alot more than it added in that regard....
It was more of a buff, if anything. Now you can just create it with ITNT and uranium/plutonium, where previously you needed a breeding reactor and stuff

I would say 16 per ITNT, otherwise It is kinda OP.
Increase the ITNT radius by 2, but also its damage. Doesn't make sense otherwise
Keeping the items is fine, And yeah, thats a bug.
Dynamite should still have a fuse IMO, but its explosion radius/damage should be upped by 2, like ITNT's. Would give more of a reason to back off xD -
Perhaps the ability to use regular TNT instead of ITNT for Dynamite
Perhaps using regular TNT, it yields a larger explosion but not all the items are saved. -
