yeah there was, but only one EU per 40 blocks total. and .5 or bigger was rounded up, meaning that you could transfer power without loss for up to 19 blocks.
There never was, the same way 5 coper cables + LV-Transformer worked to avoid the loss every 6th cable. It waited until it reached a whole number to actually drop, meaning it either rounded down all the time, or didn't round at all.
The percentages in the poll vote results don't make sense, added together you get about 150%.

That's because the internal tank is full of UU, so there's no room for any more UU, so it doesn't start making any more.

They were fine for me as long as you didn't do silly stuff with them. Granted there were texture bugs with the cables, but I fixed that too, it just wasn't looking for the textures in the right place.

i loved that mod even it was extremly buggy (do not mind on me but had a lot of crashes at 1.4.7 with it),
I liked it too, and saying it was extremely buggy is unfair, it had a few mild issues, but it was still usable.

Also slowly recharge your health given there is power (and materials) to do so.
UU matter provides large amounts of regen, so maybe there could be a way to add it to the suit to circulate around you to speed up natural regen. -

Would be interesting to have a mod to dump all recipes/items and textures/icons for them and get them feeded to local program to do similar stuff.
Textures/Icon dumping is already a feature in NEI. -
It just don't sound useful enough when there are miners which are far better, but aren't massive and laggy, or restricted to biome. Anything manual or as random as placing blocks in a river to catch nuggets doesn't fit with IC2's techy automated theme.

It's an item that can be used in the turning table, made from 2 iron ingots and an iron item casing.

What does it add
?It adds an iron turning block and makes the diamond drill and mining laser need it.

They're really not. The most likely thing you'll get is a wooden hoe. Then the rest of the wooden tools. Then dirt. Scrapboxes are not a reliable source of resources short of having 50 in a big array.
