Is there anyway you could buff the tesla coil so it damages more for metal armour types/any that aren't quantum or nano, so suddenly other mod's super protect you from anything armour stops the tesla coil being as useless too?
The point is not for it to be as real as possible, it's to make the tesla coil and iron fence more useful 
Only thing is would the tesla coil still have its natural effect if connected to iron fences?
If it had, it would have to have a tiny radius, because of the massive power draw the fence would have.

2. What build of IC2 do you have? The mechanics have changed from when it was first added, so it's hard to help if we don't know which type you'd have.

I disagree that separate electric fences are needed, simply that a tesla coil with iron fences attached should turn the iron fences electric. That way the tesla coil is more useful, as well as iron fences, and it makes as much sense that the tesla coil electrified the fence than sticking some bare wire does.
And also, I have an idea, can you add CarbonNanotubes/Damascus steel as a new metal for top tier machinery ?
That would fit more in Gregtech than IC2, but Greg's already decided on material tiers.
I'm having a problem where the compact recycler is exploding when I hook it up to a bat box. I don't understand why this is happening because the bat box is the lowest power level.
Any IC2 build higher than 549 does it. Immibis needs to fix it.

What lack of NEI recipes? Only the coolant cell is missing, and that's because there's no easy way to add it.
Eu reader no longer crashes but the readings seem funny. wind mills up in layer 130 or so are making 1.5 Eu/t each while Mills 40 layers below are making 3Eu/t each. Also it keeps giving readings in variosu units other than EU/t is that normal? Like pEU/t and mEu/t
I always thought the EU-reader guessed how much power was flowing, so it ends up with 7 decimal place values and strange units. Don't think it's quite ready for prime time yet.
One thing I've noticed since I installed Fastcraft, when I load a world, I must pause it in order for majority of the chunks to load visually.

They have been lacking a good complete guide since they were added.
Is it possible to add reverse recipes to turn cables back into the metals that made them?
My idea, all in a macerator:
Tin + Copper Cable -> 3 Tiny Piles of dust
Gold Cable + Iron Cable -> 2 Tiny Piles of Dust
This way nothing is duping metal. If you really want to avoid giving the full ingot back with Tin and Copper Cable, they could only give 2 back as well.
Item Casings should go back to 4 tiny piles as well, since 1 plate gives 8 tiny piles. Will there ever be any good way to get the entire ingot back?
How? Magically improving performance isn't easy.
Logically yes since you are making steel, but with a requirement of already needing compressed air and the GUI being rather full already, I'm not sure it would actually add anything for the extra effort. Since compressed air makes it so it's not just heating the iron, but making it need coal as well just makes it more awkward. If it was added though, I wouldn't complain.
Also, don't forget you need compressed air cells in the blast furnace

The amount of heat required to heat the water is lower than the current hull heat of the boiler (from your description) and so it stops requesting heat and the heat bar will fall.
