universal fluid cell wont work, right?
No.The blast furnace doesn't use the cells up, so it's not like it's costing you any more tin to use.

Empty Cells in a compressor. It hasn't changed since they were added.

That'd work too. Either would be fine for me

Maybe he's just being nice to Thunderdark so that he has less bugs to fix so has more time for life. Oh, wait - PLAYER! *BUG**BUG**BUG**BUG**BUG**BUG**BUG**BUG**BUG**BUG*

Also i noticed there is only one copper plate on both the heat generator and the blast furnace, does this mean I would need a unique heat generator for every heat fueled machine?
Yes, apart from the steam generator, which can accept heat from 4 sides.
Is there a place that has the instructions for the new machines documented? Or am I in the right place on the support forum?
The new stuff is essentially undocumented, so your best bet is either to work stuff out yourself or ask here.
Thanks a bunch Chocohead! Sorry about not having a screenshot earlier. Even with little info from me you were still able to nail the 2 spots i hadn't got yet =]
No problem

How about a screenshot? Have you put coils in the electric heat generator? Have you got the copper squares facing each other?
-
The fuel one is actually quite good, since actually making biogas is amazing - 4 leaves = 80 buckets but the electric one is still too cheap.

I call it, The Dragon Lord's Initial Nuclear Experiments
Not bad right? -
You're nearly doing it right. You want your hollow structure of 5x5 of pressure vessels, 1 access hatch, 2 fluid ports is best and 1 redstone port. But you need to put a normal reactor in the 3x3 space inside, with all 6 chambers attached. Then when you click on the access hatch, you should see the reactor GUI, with a tank either side of the normal reactor slots.

Nonsense, Refined Iron doesn't show how old a page is, especially when it's been added back. The fact there's a guide on how power is split in IC1, that shows you how old it is
-
Yeah it does...
I I I
I M I
I H II = Iron Item Casing
M = Basic Machine Casing
H = Heat Conductor -
You don't pump water into it, you pump coolant into it. Which is made from either 1 bucket of water and 8 lapis dust or 1 bucket of distilled water and 1 lapis dust.
-
You really need to get NEI, it'd tell you all this. You have to make a blast furnace and make the refined iron in there.
-
You'll almost certainly be doing it wrong. The recipe is:
R C R
A M A
R C RR = Refined Iron Plate
C = Carbon Plate
A = Advanced Alloy
M = Basic Machine Casing -
practically ancient.
No way. Just because the MFE has a screen shot of it having 60000 EU storage, outputting EU in EU per second and the MFSU being called the Multi Functional Storage Unit doesn't mean it's outdated. And the HAYO sections. Although the FTB has the navbox all ready
