This one. Items are crafted with a lapatron crystal (with 10kk storage) and end up only storing 0.9kk -
Presume you don't take bug reports any more, but the Quantum Pack storage items need to be 10x bigger, or use energy crystals in the recipe.

In vanilla IC2, you can't actually macerate (silk touched) diamond ore into diamonds. Pretty sure there should be some kinda of benefit to silk touching the ore and macerating it compared to just mining with a drill.
