It seems to be that he updated to the new fluid version of forge.
Forestry uses it and it works fine with newer Forge versions.

It's normal water, not distilled.
Although, when I tried it, I crashed as soon as the fluid entered...
Why don't you use fluid.getFluid().getID()?
Fireball blames EnderIO for not adding it's own EMC support, rather than checking to see if his silicon recipe is changed. EE3 is being abused externally, especially how all the values are completely set, rather than dynamic based off the mods installed.
The mod has been abandoned, so no.
The old recipe can be enabled via the config, but I'm not sure if it still over writes the item ID. Neither mod dev sees it as particularly bad.
Unless cpw rewrites 1.8, we're not going to it, so 1.7.10 is the only version it can happen on
Player wanted a new E-net, a better E-net. A master-E-net! Or something like that.
No, I totally agree, but that's on AE2's back letting EnderIO do it more than it is EnderIO doing it in the first place.
I wouldn't trust transformers. They haven't worked voltage wise since the major E-net breakings that broke the EU-Reader. I mean you're not really losing anything, but they don't work right.
It's Thermal Expansion that's in the wrong, as usual, making it a 100% drop.
You can paint glass fibre cables. Or at least if you can't it's a bug.

If you've got it, what version of Fastcraft do you have?
No it wouldn't, EnderIO by default overrides the AE2 recipe, so unless you change the config option you won't even have the old recipe. Not to mention, it's still overriding the item, so EnderIO doesn't add it's own silicon with AE2.
Every cable junction dupes power, the calculations are a totally messed up, so you can connect a geothermal gen and 3 Solaris and be getting a small reactor's worth of power.
The point is it's Thermal Expansion adding the recipe, so the only way to avoid an EMC exploit is to drop it's to 1 EMC. At least EnderIO has a random chance, TE's is 100%.
Hey Foghrye, how do you make the paper machine?
How do you get porcelain insulators? I'm not at that point in the game, but noticed NEI doesn't say.
You broke the irongraphite liner recipe.

Stopping you from learning silicon is definitely more of a nerf than just fixing the EMC value to match the sand it's made from. EE3 is still being fixed to work out things like that automatically though, so I'm sure it'll be worked out to prevent it happening in the future.
The EMC value was added so you could take it out though. Just because Thermal Expansion goes and breaks things doesn't mean silicon needs to be nerfed any more than lowering it's EMC value.
