sure that you didn`t make any mistakes or or the chunks didnt make any problems?
Oh I made a mistake alright; when I opened the door to the reactor building I took 5 hearts of damage and reflexively stepped backwards out the door; I should have immediately yanked the uranium 
Maybe it was a chunk problem.
